Displaced Horizons explores the horizon as a structure that has been shifted out of alignment. Red forms cross the dark ground at opposing angles, creating the impression of surfaces that have moved apart while still remaining connected through a shared visual rhythm. The composition no longer offers a stable division between above and below.

The red areas combine the force of a painted gesture with the weight of an architectural plane. Their edges appear controlled in some places and fractured in others, suggesting a system under pressure. The black intervals separate the forms while giving each fragment a stronger physical presence.

Within the Horizons of Structure cycle, the work presents space as something constructed through displacement. The horizon emerges not as a continuous boundary, but as a sequence of interrupted planes. In Displaced Horizons, instability becomes the principle through which the composition finds its balance.
