TOVA Gallery
is an international gallery and curatorial initiative dedicated to research-based contemporary art, representing abstract art, object-based art, and modern art from the second half of the twentieth century onwards.
TOVA Gallery is an international gallery cluster and curatorial initiative founded in 2024. With project venues in Dubai (UAE) and London (UK), and an active programme in Berlin (DE), it presents core-/research-based art. This direction grew from the first presentation of TOVA NUTS, a body of sculptural artworks built around the core as a place where knowledge and lived experience take form. The gallery works with artists whose practice has a defined internal structure rather than a decorative surface. It holds a collection of art from the second half of the twentieth century, linking current practices to earlier visual languages. For collectors, TOVA Gallery provides art advisory and acquisition support. For artists, it offers curatorial guidance and long-term artist development.

This is why TOVA GALLERY functions simultaneously as a gallery, a cluster and a curatorial initiative: as a system of presentation, a structured field of artistic relations and a platform that activates new formats of display, professional exchange and curatorial framing.
Within this model, scale, composition, geography and the configuration of collaborations remain open. TOVA GALLERY is built not around fixed quantities, a permanent roster or a single exhibition space, but around the quality of selection, the precision of artistic logic and the strength of presentation. Each project is developed according to the specific practice, context and conditions in which the work can be most clearly understood.

NAGOTA
11.06.-18.062026 | Berlin | Zossenerstr.48
NAGOTA is a photography project by Adam Ripley, realised in Berlin as an external project of TOVA Gallery. Through the lens of Core-based Art, the exhibition approaches the human body as a perceptual core: exposed to nature, light, duration, material presence. In dialogue with posthuman studies, the project frames the figure beyond portraiture, placing it within a living field where body, landscape, gaze form a single visual condition.

TOVA NUTS
11.05-01.06.2026 | Berlin | zossenerstr.48
Presented within BODY LANDSCAPES, TOVA NUTS marks the first Berlin introduction of TOVA’s sculptural works. Bringing painting, research and object-based form into one system, the project opens a new chapter in TOVA’s practice. The body appears here as a site of perception, stored knowledge and inner structure, while TOVA NUTS emerge as concentrated forms of attention.

2026, JANUARY-FEBRUARY | STATES OF CONTINUITY| group exhibition
TOVA GALLERY, 908 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Valeriia Burliuk, Vladimir Kordiukov
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Opening the year, this group exhibition focused on works shaped by continuity rather than rupture. Different in medium and visual language, the selected practices were brought together by a shared concern with persistence, internal rhythm and the slow formation of meaning. As one might put it, “what holds remains”, and this exhibition took that proposition seriously.

2025, NOVEMBER-DECEMBER | THE SHAPE OF WHAT HOLDS | group exhibition
TOVA GALLERY, 908 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Darina Komorowski, Jingwei Zhang, Olga Rakova
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
An exhibition devoted to works carrying more than image alone. Structure, memory, emotional pressure and formal restraint all entered the field of view here. Built around the question of what a form can contain and continue to hold, the project advanced TOVA GALLERY’s interest in works requiring sustained attention and a more exact encounter.

2025, FEBRUARY-MAY | WHEN FRAGMENTS ALIGN | group exhibition
TOVA GALLERY, 908 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Jürgen Wageck, Liza Petrova, Anatoly Shumkin
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Conceived as an exhibition about relation, this project brought together works in which coherence emerged through gaps, shifts and uneven continuities. Rather than seeking unity through sameness, it allowed structure to arise through tension. Fragments here did not ask to be repaired. They asked to be read together.

2025, JUNE-SEPTEMBER | WHAT THE FORM KEEPS | duo exhibition
TOVA GALLERY, 908 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Polina Slutskaya
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Bringing two practices into close relation, this exhibition examined form as a vessel of meaning. Knowledge, atmosphere and emotional residue remained present in the works without being fully declared. “Meaning does not disappear when it is not spoken” could stand as the unspoken line of the exhibition, which unfolded through concentration, restraint and duration.

2024, OCTOBER-DECEMBER | HOLDING THE CORE | duo exhibition | for private views only
TOVA GALLERY, South Ridge, Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Alan McFertrige
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Among the first exhibitions to define the curatorial direction of TOVA GALLERY, this duo presentation centred on works whose force remained close to the core. Surface gave access, though the deeper logic of each piece unfolded more gradually. The exhibition introduced a mode of viewing grounded in attention, precision and inner density.

2024, APRIL | INNER STRUCTURES | duo exhibition
TOVA GALLERY, South Ridge, Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE
Artists: TOVA, Igor Abalov
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
This early duo exhibition introduced the gallery’s interest in practices shaped by hidden organization, whether emotional, visual or psychological. Gathered under one title, the works shared an ability to translate internal structure into compelling form. The curatorial premise was clear from the start: what matters most is often held within.
